ALFAPOL

ALFAPOL family, there are polyols blends of amine based polyols containing certain amount of fire retardant, and various application special polyether polyols.

ALFASTER

Polyester polyols are gaining wider and wider range of application, and we are making both aliphatic and aromatic families of them.

ALFAPUR family is the wide range of polyurethane systems for quite variety of applications:

ALFAPUR RN

Group of systems designed for direct spraying technique applied directly on walls and roofs.

Basing on blowing agent one can divide them into two subgroups:
CO₂ aided with HFC: RN 2012E, RN 2502E, RN 5012E.

Pure CO₂ as blowing agent:
RN 3401, RN5652.

This systems shows following advantages in comparison with others methods of thermal insulation:

• Fast covering of roofs (externally)
• Very good thermal conductivity coefficient (= 0.020 W/m*K)
• Relatively high strength with relatively low specific weight
• Jointless coverage of old leaking surface

ALFAPUR RZ

In situ pouring thermal insulation systems again divided into subgroups based on blowing agent employed:
CO₂ and HFC: RZ 2861, RZ 3291, RZ 3441E, RZ 3351.

CO₂ and n-pentane: RZ 3211, RZ 3801. Pure CO₂: RZ 1801, RZ 2050, RZ 5801, RZ 7311, RZ 1051, RZ 1501.

This group has a multiple application, to mention just a few: pipelines lagging, buildings insulation, doors and roller blind, truck isothermal casing, artificial pumice, and many others.

ALFAPUR RM

Casting mould systems, as all others divided due to blowing agent:
CO₂ and HFC: RM 4310, RM 4311, RM 1210.

Pure CO₂: RM 1011 RM 1090, RM 1630, RM 1810, RM 5000.

Again multiple application possible: insulation shells decorative relief, cladding panels, machine casings, and many others cast elements also made by centrifugal casting.

ALFAPUR RL

Continuous lamination for rigid (corrugated steel) cladding, or flexible (paper, foil, building paper) cladding.

CO₂ and HFC blowing: RL 3491EW, RL 3612.

CO₂ and n-pentane blowing: RL 3332, RL 3491G.

Pure CO₂ : RL 1101, RL 1102.

As mentioned above core application it is "sandwich" panels manufacturing.

ALFAPUR RR

Cold insulation system:
CO₂ and HFC blowing: RR 3040, RR 3110E, RR 3150CM.

CO₂ and n-pentane blowing: RR 2850, RR 2250.

Major customers are: refrigerators, deep freezers, cold boxes and refrigerated counters manufacturers. Systems are also suitable for voids filling in building industry.

ALFAPUR RP

Preinsulated pipes manufacturing:
CO₂ and HFC blowing: RR 2970E.

Pure CO₂ : RP 4800.

Please note that for RP 4800 we have obtained Hannower Institute Certificate.

ALFAPUR RG

Special systems tailored for binding expanded PS and mineral wool with various materials.

Pure CO₂ blowing only:
RG 3241, RG 3481, RG 4500, RG 4520, RG 4550, RG 4700, RG 5160.

"Sandwich" panels manufacturers. Panels having a core made of expanded PS, and mineral wool in rigid and flexible cladding. Systems are also used for rock mass stabilisation, and to produce various composite materials.

Moulded flexible foam systems:
Pure CO₂ blowing: FM 3900, and FM 4510 are designed for car seats and upholstery.

CO₂ and HFC: FM 1410 and FM 1420 are for integral skin moulded foam.

Polyurethane systems: SN 1532, and SN 1350.

Polyurea systems: SN 1100, and SN 1110.

System designated for hydro insulation and roofs insulation.

Systems for wide range of hardness cast elastomers: SZ 1020, SZ 1060/55, SZ 1060/70, SZ 1060/55T, SZ 1060/70T, and SZ 6262.

Systems for shock absorbers, vibration insulation, flexible moulds for concrete and gypsum (replacement for silicone elastomers).

POLYURETHANE PREPOLYMERS ALFAPUR KG

These are VOC free adhesives, and binders.

KG 9010, and KG 9012 adhesive for timber, steel, mineral wool, and some plastics.

KG 1410, KG 1420,and XKG 1010 are excellent binders for rubber and EPDM, also for small cast elements.
